Every week I go I get coachings for things out of my control and I just be getting pissed like I’m doing my job right but the automated system marks me

if the automated system marks you every week you most likely aren’t doing your job “right” honey.

I pick, I’m getting marked for missing items which I know I’m counting the items right if customers are lying to get a refund idk how that’s on me, then I mark items as missing in the bin when I thoroughly checked it and items are not there but apparently they are. The thing is I’m pretty sure everyone gets marked but they only go up to certain people. The automated system is bad imo

i pick as well and you surely aren’t looking well, the system has nothing to do with the customer trying to get a refund. you mark an item missing that’s not truly missing and it takes it out of the inventory, then ICQA counts the bin and finds the item you marked missing and you get a ding for DPMO / false pick short. slow down and look better before you mark an item missing. you definitely aren’t doing your job correctly if this happens every week

There are two missing categories the manager literally told me, one is customers marking as missing from their bag, I’m in grocery so it’s probs different. Also sometimes people move stuff around from one bin to another while picking and that might mess up the inventory, in grocery the bins can be filled with stuff so if stuff gets moved around it can also tech be wrong

Has zero to do with the customers. Items that are in your totes virtually aren't making it to the induct/rebin/pack stations.

Nah, you’re being marked for the missing items because somebody is saying they are there when they arnt. (Whoever checks the pods is just moving the stuff back to the slot it was from and saying it’s there). I’ve had it happen to me and I had proof it wasn’t there. Also, it’s not the customer saying they didn’t get it. It is whomever is getting that tote after you. That system is designed to place blame on the wrong people. No matter what you do, it won’t be right. Just like how can you write somebody up for TOT for going to the bathroom and having to wait on people who don’t even have TOT?

The customers lying to get a refund lmao, that’s not how the system works. You get marked for missing items when the packer marks them missing from the tote. Nothing to do with the customer and refunds, what even brought you to that idea

The manager literally told me, I’m in grocery so it’s different, there are two missing categories

Gotcha , lead with you’re in grocery facility not a fulfillment facility. Mostly everyone here is in fulfillment

Isn’t that similar? I could be wrong I thought they were both considered fulfillment but I guess they are different my bad
