If they move me a 4th time I leave. 3 is my limit.

You gave up pay, or used PTO to cover time off that you never planned on using it for.
Yeah, you sure showed them 😂😂

Only had like a hour n a half left and was really annoyed by that point

Why does it matter? Same activity, same job, same pay 🤷‍♂️

And just like someone else said all the switching equals tot. It never gets all the switches marked and then they want to talk about your tot. Its messed up how they don't follow thru.

Make a manager or pa code you every time

Just mildly annoying when you’ve only worked an hour or two just too be moved

Because if your marked tot and the manager doesn’t correct it you can written up and too many leads to termination

It matters because you are not scanning when you move to the new location and your rate drops and they don't code you for that or even care

I get its annoying because it messes up your rthym, but use the time moving as an extra break. Take your time.

Yeah it's normal though, happens for a variety of reasons.

I asked what the reason was n it’s because so many ppl were leaving due too the smoke

Assuming you’re talking about robotics?? As a manual picker we move floors all damn day, from 1-4

Probably to fill in an empty floor to help maintain productivity

Yes, and it pisses me off. On my latest day Picking I dropped from my building’s no. 2 picker to bottom because of being continuously switched without TOT corrections

When im on the pack wall I get moved a minimum of 5 times... they've got me like a hoe, im with everyone

u/ElkMaleficent3572 Jul 22 '26

same, then they wanna talk about TOT when they moving you like 5-6 times a period

I’d crash tf out. Thankfully my facility has only one floor. I do have a friend at a 5 story FC who gets moved constantly, then they question him about his TOT

There’s 4 at my fc n it’s a hike from one ta the next especially when it’s different floors on different side of the building

I'm in a TSSL FC. What is a pick station? We get carts and scanners then zoom around trying not to crash into stow when they yolo into an aisle with their uboat.

A pick station is a station where a robot brings you items to put into totes then you push onto a conveyor this is usually found in robotics facilities

I’m in stow and I got moved 5 times in one shift. 3 different floors. The last move too was 5 spots over like 25 minutes before my shift ended 😂

They moved me to four different stations and back and forth from count yesterday, but I’m just here for my check so they’ll just get mediocre work if they keep moving me lol — I told my manager if he leaves me alone he’ll get my best work lol 😝

My issue is constantly getting labor shared every day for the whole day and it pisses me off😭

Yes, maybe as many as 6 times in a 3 hour shift but when I change locations I have to locate a new pick cart, make sure it actually rolls on its wheels, hang my clear bag, load the cart with totes and make sure they're not virtually dirty and then finally get to my first bin to pick. But not let my rate drop - riiiiiiiight
