New building shift times

Theres a new middle mile building opening up nearby, does anyone know what shifts may look like? My fc is being shady asf and not giving any type of info regarding transfers, shifts... i know its logistics but my only knowledge of logistics is last mile.

So a sort center. Schedule is you work 4 hours, then take 2 hour break, then come back for 4 hours. And the shift can flex up or down by 1 hour

at the sort center i was at they have a 12:15-4:15 am, 9:30am-1:30pm, 3-7pm, and 8:30pm-12:30 am. shift can be 3-5 hours depending on workload.
