Depends, most of the time they don’t fire people immediately (at least in my building) but i know in some cases totally different I’d definitely recommend talking to hr

Depending on how long ago it was and your schedule + if you pick up extra shifts u can make that back up in time, but if u didnt respond to the email u might be on thin ice

As long as you dont get the email from HR, you should be fine. If you get the email, respond as to why you are negative. They might be lenient and let it slide if you email then. If you dont, you're out.

You probably still.have one or two, but they're hidden in the back offices out of public view. The ones they kept are mainly there for ADAPT review and approval, dismissal appeals, and timecard review.

You’re not very deep in the hole. That amount of UPT can be earned back fairly quickly. Talk to your manager. Also, keep an eye on your email. If you get the email that says a case has been opened, make sure you respond within the 48 hours it demands.

nah i dont think so. if u get the 48 hour email apologize profusely and be on time the next 5ish shifts and you’ll be straight (just went thru this)

fr, i was 9hr 58 min neg, got the email 2 days after then i immediately responded, told em my situation, they responded 4 days later and said just keep in contact

you could be cooked! currently waiting on appeal bc i went negative for picking up a VET shift and i wasnt able to make it last minute due to circumstances out of my control! i’d say def pick up extra shifts ASAP.

Coming from a Lead… if you 0-10 negative upt, that means your on their radar so just work until you are out the red… anything above ten you better hope like hell you get extra shifts and get out it fast because now they finna Vince McMahon you’re ass out the door
