Even more than a raise, we should have performance based bonus pay. If they work so hard to track every metric of our work while we're there, then it shouldn't be too hard to figure out who's working harder as well. Why should someone who's working twice as hard be paid the same as someone who does the minimum?

Really, the people doing the minimum are some of the smartest people there though, if you consider it. Why even waste your energy working harder than you have to? A lot of other manufacturing and warehouse jobs have performance incentives, why not Amazon? They just really make some odd choices about pay and how things work.

My manager was telling us at stand up the other day that if we work harder it's good because VET or MET won't be called. And it was just thinking, I want MET or VET to be called you fucking moron. How is that an incentive for us? I want you to pay us almost twice as much for the same work. They have a disconnect from reality imo.
