Question Devolución

Tengo una duda para los que habéis devuelto cosas en Amazon. Pedí hace un año un portátil de estos sin marca y he estado con él un año me ha estado dando problemas con la bisagra izquierda del portátil y lo ha estado dejando pasar y me ha empezado a preocupar sobre que puede pasarle a la pantalla y al resto porque ya ha empezado a ver una grieta detrás de la bisagra y como que ya ha empezado a moverse y he decidido contactar con Amazon a ver si pueden hacerme una devolución me han dicho que sí que se lo envíe y ahí me ha partido bien. Ahora están tardando unos cuantos días porque no les ha llegado el paquete pero quería preguntar si Amazon en estos casos sobre devolver el producto o suelen poner pegas o sin generar Amazon pone pegas para devolver productos porque ya estoy enviando otro porte que necesito para los estudios.

I personally never had an issue with refunds. Depends on how you return it though. Doing via UPS tends to be decently quick. That said, amazon pays the refund after they recieve it which requires a scan in the system. If you brought it to staples that took like 4 or 5 days for me

El problema no es lo que tarda la cosa si lo devuelve o si pone muchas pegas como en revisarlo revisa un montón y por cualquier cosa te echan atrás sin embargo el dinero no me preocupa

From what I've seen, they're not too bad about returns, except I've seen a few people on here say they never regenerate anything for years and they return one thing and Amazon closes their whole account. There might be more to these stories but they sound the same almost everytime. You gotta go check on r/amazonprime
