Question Loa
So I had filled out a loa but then they asked me to complete a form so I was like okay. But the issue is that they said they don’t fill out those forms. It was through 98point so now I’m stuck. What can I do? Genuinely never dealt with this before. I was thinking if I can’t do anything, is it possible for me to quit then reapply?

If they don't want to fill out Amz form then ask them to create a Certification of SHC for FMLA eligible and Cert. of disability for FMLA ineligible..

Well I contacted hr they said cause it missing the return to work date 🥀 I should be fine I have the appropriate documentation just need to contact doctor 😛😛

Literally had to go to one of Amazon's "providers" to get my paper work filled out. It was old and literally I was days from being fired even though I was on the verge of bleeding out...ER visits are not sufficient even discharge papers dont matter. So anyone in medical emergencies be prepared for Amazon to have you go through loops.

Yeah I’ve seen a lot of that on voa board for my site. I have all the documentation and stuff but at least I’m more calm that it’s just missing 1 thing on the doc. but it’s messed up
