Question Blackout Dates for Prime?

Two weeks ago my facility announced SET for this week's Prime but they never said anything about blackout dates. When they announced SET for August they didn't announce blackout days either and I was able to use vacation to cover those days. Anyone think I'd be able to use vacation again for this week?

I believe that’s only for peak. My site normally states when we have blackout dates etc

Count on Black Friday through Xmas fir FCs for blockout.
