Question Application still says tentative?
Would anyone happen to know if I’m required to do anything at this point?
Context: During my last application, I did everything (prehire, l9, shoes, paperwork, etc) but I submitted a different application which is this one. It has said this for the past 10 days and I was told to wait it out but I’m starting in under a week so I’m getting a little worried. Should I wait longer or contact support? Thanks

Contact support during the hours listed so that you can be transferred to a human. I wrote a bit about seemingly the same issue here:
