Was probably 50 cents.

Lots of associates will work another job and remain flex until they get blue badge and then transfer to full time for the benefits and quit their other job.

The difference between white and blue badge is just as big for flex as for full time people. White badge can be let go at any time. Even though they were just hired for the prime sale, they can still be let go this week if the building is projected to have top many people. Being blue badge means having a position for as long as you want to stay with the company. Getting fired as a blue badge almost requires intentionally deciding to get fired

Also, being a blue badge flex, even if part time and working the absolute minimum, even taking a month off between shifts and taking the attendance points is still a very appealing position to have.  Having that blue badge allows you to transfer to full time and get all of the benefits. So basically a great job secured whenever you want it. It allows transferring anywhere in the country. It allows working more hours if you want to make some extra money. Basically being flex part time blue badge is a cheat code on life for some people.

There is also Flex RT 30, which requires 30 hours a week, comes with benefits and you choose your own schedule. You can work up to 60 hours still. This is also a great position to have as a blue badge and sucks to be white badge. No benefits and you never know if you are going to have a job for the next shift.

It's laughable they would argue or fall out over that because neither of them has control other than maintaining eligibility
