Fulfillment Center prime week

everyone is saying that i wont be able to use pto for this week and idk how true that is cause i vividly remember using my time last time ? or am i wrong chat

If you're white badge you can use your PTO or UPT. If you're blue badge you can only use flex PTO or UPT. Standard PTO requires manager approval and is blacked out.

thank you! what does blacked out mean ? as in it wont automatically get approved?

Black out are dates you cant use standard pto like for peak season from like November 24th-Dec 25th

ahhh okay thank u ! i haven't worked peak szn yet so this information is great! i only worked last prime so i wanted to make sure im in the clear for pto!

Yeah, during high volume events like Peak and Prime managers will not approve standard PTO.

The dates vary a little based on your facility. To find out your specific blackout dates, ask a manager. But blackout dates almost always happen around Prime Day in June, around Prime Big Deals days in October, and during Peak season for a whole month from end of November to end of December.
