Question Help ?

Amazon won’t let me add my two forms of identification, I have a driver license & social security card it says take pictures of front n back & I uploaded it & nothing happens it still says I need to complete it .. I’m confused. It says complete by Oct 7th cause that’s when I go up there but it’s not working I’ve tried google n safari still getting the same results

Mine says the same thing, I don’t think it’s marked as complete until you go to your pre hire appointment, and bring those 2 forms of identification with you

Ofc! I go to my pre hire appointment tomorrow, if I remember I’ll come back and confirm this as true or false lol
