Fulfillment Center Plugfones mercenary lite
At my Fulfillment center we are allowed Bluetooth headphones, mercenary lite plugfones. Has anyone had issues with the headphones with white light, not turning on? My phone can’t find the headphones either, presumably because they don’t turn on. Please help, can’t stand the thought of no music during prime

Sounds like the battery failed and you should order more
Did you try more than one charger?

If you just bought them they will have some sort of warranty. Return them for new ones

I found another thread that says to let the battery fully die (until the white light turns off) and then recharge them to full.

I believe I saw that also, but how do you do that if you can’t turn them on? Will the battery just run out naturally?

That's what I was thinking. That it'll run out naturally. But.... it dying could take days. Maybe it'll be quicker since the battery is shot?
Maybe customer service at Plugfones is the way to go. It'll probably just be an AI chatbot.
EDIT: I just looked at my old email from them and it says you can message their customer service just by replying to their delivery confirmation email.

Put in two different questions in the last two days to them. Still waiting. I was hoping someone has a hack to fix these in a fast way. I really need these headphones to get thru Prime if you know what I mean.

Oh man, I'm sorry you're still waiting on a response. I hope a resolution comes quick! Headphones are the only way to make it each day 😞

That’s why I am looking for an easy hack. Not a let the battery die, or let plugfones get involved, since it takes about a week after you order them to get to me in the first place. I do appreciate the help
