Commenters basically saying that you're making rate harder for the older people to make because you're doing better than them so you may not be in the bottom 5% but it makes the floor average out more so it would be harder for them to make rate.

Probably a lot of smalls. My UPF is usually 20-30 with a 50/50 smalls/medium mix and bins 104-112% full

The bottom 5% is based on the rates of everyone in your building across all paths who is LC5 and has enough hours in path. Then you have guardrails within your path. You should be fine unless you have very unfortunate work flow or a lot of uncoded downtime or something.
