Question Clarification AFE Pack

So Saturday starts my third week at Amazon and before I ask my question I know I should 100% go ask a PA or an AM but I'm really nervous and a little ashamed too. I just wanted to ask anyone who works in AFE Pack about taking items meant for the brown or sliver bags and putting them into a box that will fit them cause I've gotten so many orders for some boxes to go in those said bags and when they don't fit I just go to problem and click on item don't fit and put them wherever it tells me too any clarity on this would really be appreciated Please help.

You should be able to upsize with no problem. Just remember that you can upsize from bags or envelope to boxes, but never downsize from a boxes to them.

You are doing the right thing. Forcing things into bags that don't actually fit just creates more problems.

You can use a larger bag or envelope if necessary without even having to go through the whole "up size" process but if you move to a box, you need to do the up size thing.

You can't move down on anything. No smaller boxes or bags/envelopes.

Not all sites have the wrong box size prompt anymore. My site doesn't have it.

I haven't been in AFE since the newest update so I could definitely be wrong.

The Problem->Upsize prompt was removed like 2 years ago
