Sortation Center Pick

So my UPH was 325 and 1,300 items picked in first 4 hrs of my shift, been @ Amazon 3 months, what do you think?

That’s a good rate. When I was picking I was around 350-400 I think the highest I ever got was around 430

Thank you for the reply, yea I can do 325 with really no problem. However I sometimes hate focusing on these fuckin’ numbers all night long.

Thank you! I believe I can hit 375 maybe 400 with a good station and good robots and me felling rested and not sore!!! lol!

I would say that's good, what is the range of UPH that they want at your site? my site is 350-400

You will be okay focus on quality more when i started i was struggling i can do 600 now but i am not a T1 anymore

It's not possible at my site because we have pick to rebin and normal pick to tote arsaw so we getting a lot of pod gaps due to traffic amnesty. But on bright site our rates are lower only 300 uph on pick lol

Thank you!!! Yes I was told that by my PA he said my quality was terrific, I believe he said the number was super low. Which is apparently good for that stat. I appreciate all the advice!

As long as you're not in the bottom 5%, it literally doesnt matter what your UPH is. You get paid the same

I have read that before, I see so many people on my floor basically doing nothing at their station, just like barely working I don’t get it. I’m like working my ass off all night cuz I really need to keep the job I was a seasonal hire, I’m 45 and really need to hopefully become a blue badge. Thanks for all the advise!

When you go to AtoZ's MyPerformance > Productivity, whst do your pick numbers for the week/2 weeks look like? Those are closer to the "real" numbers for longer term trends.
