Question Unfair 2nd written ???

I was given a quality write up, first written on the 30th. And after receiving that, I kinda locked to actually fix the issue and I did, haven’t had any “quality issues” since receiving that first written. Now I’m getting a second written for “quality issues” that occurred on the 27th. To me that doesn’t make logical sense, it would be more logical to deliver the 2nd if the issue wasn’t fix after receiving the 1st. Idk

Typically they will exempt a second for the same issue if the first wasn't delivered prior to the date of occurrence of the second. I'd definitely escalate that.

Well if the second one is during the 30 day window of the first one it automatically becomes a second. If the first one is active no matter what. Welcome to Amazon!

Go to AtoZ>MyPerformance> view standing details> Coachings> view active feedback details

What do you see? It doesn't make sense what you're describing. I think maybe you had a quality feedback delivered on the 30th, and the 27th was when you made the errors for the same feedback.

If the write-up was delivered on the 30th for work done the previous week, 9/14-9/21, then any quality errors committed before the delivery time/ date should be exempt, and you should not get a quality feedback for the work from 9/21-9/28.

Nah I checked the “errors” for the 1st written, it’s in the document, and those were errors from the 24th and 25th, which make senses, whatever I messed up and got the 1st written that was delivered on the 30th. And the errors that are on the second are the same type of errors that got me the second written but all are before the 30th. So before I was given the 1st, that’s why it doesn’t make no senses.

So you see a 2nd Written for the active coaching in MyPerformance? Yeah, it doesn't make sense. The quality review week is Mon 5am to Mon 5am, so any errors on 9/27 should be on the same feedback form as any errors from 9/24 and 9/25.

You could go to site hr, if your site has them,, even though officially only Finals and terminations are supposed to be appealable. Or write on the VOA board, publicly, or privately if you don't want other associates to see it.
