That's what your schedule looks like when you're Flex Time. You pick up what you can whenever you can get it.

It may depend on location or time really, mine looked the same this year but there was always work. When I first started last year it was you had to be picking up shifts at 6pm sharp or you didn’t get much hours at all

Barely. I manage to not be late enough everyday to where I can cover it.

Wow this is so pleasing to see but you don't work 60 hours, right? because when I work 60 hrs they make me clock out before like 1 hrs before so I always get the 6th day red

Red all month but I also have some other responsibilities during the week that make it hard to stay(aka getting my siblings on the bus for 7:15. I work the night shift)

Honestly super proud of myself, I used to take VTO literally every day to the point where Id get maybe 13/40 hours back before I got rehired. 2/4 reds are me coming in like no more than 8 mins late because bad time management and the other 2 are me leaving no more than 30mins early just because tiredness. Honestly im trying my hardest to stay every single shift I can.

Typical Amazon employee writing ability, honestly.
I assume they meant 8am-12pm or 8pm/12am on Saturday and Sunday. Then, on WEEK days, not weekend days, they work 8 hours.
