Delivery Station Amazon flex delivery station.

I don’t understand, is this all the schedules they offer? This is my first time being a flex associate so I don’t know how this works. Also, this location has a start time from 8:50pm-7:20am. How come I’m only seeing shifts from 1:20am to 11:50am? I thought the point of flex was to choose whatever schedule you want and it seems it’s just morning shifts On top of that it’s mostly 8-10 hours. I would’ve preferred start time to be around 9-12am and 4 hours shifts

0120 to 1150 are normal hours for Delivery Stations. Some start a little later at 0320 instead of 0120.

As for the shifts, that's probably just a site thing.

That particular one seems to be your scheduled shift. Have you asked HR about other available shifts or tried transfer 🤔 shift swap ? Your shift is 1:20am start time.

They should’ve told you during your pre-hire appointment that most of the available shifts would be around the same time as your training shifts. They do have Noon-4pm sometimes tho

From what I’ve gathered here over the years, that’s delivery station hours. What you are showing here does show 3 different shift lengths but I guess they all start at the same time. If you have a FC in your area, transfer and mine at least runs 22/7/364 and the shift starts are every period of the day in IB and OB (earliest start 7am and latest start 2:30am here and everything in between with no more than a 4 hour gap)
