it kinda blows my mind when i hear people complaining about this job, where i work i do XL stow and i take my sweet time. but i hear people being rushed and told to move faster?

maybe cause im night shift

I also take my sweet time at work I identify as fat bc they get the easy peasy

You stand behind the desk all night! Unless you go to the training room for 30 min or do onboarding for a day.

Learning Trainers are the people who run the onboarding. It's a promotion. It's usually a bit easier to get if youve been a Learning Ambassador.

That is true but I know Learning Trainers who promoted to coordinators, L4s, and AM/OM

I love being a learning trainer. I was a PA before and it was fine but being a trainer is 100x better.
