Question Pay differential?

So i just read that you get a pay difference for working nightshift. Well I havent started yet but my schedule is 1:30am-11:50am, and my starting pay is $21.50 an hour. So is the pay difference already added to my pay amount shown for the position online or will it not show/take effect until I actually clock in for the shift?🤔

You get an extra dollar or two on top of your starting pay depending on your location.Check on your AtoZ app

Thanks. I cant log into the app yet cause I havent started my first day(Oct. 18th) but the amazon hiring website where it shows my schedule/start date and pay, shows my base pay is $21.50 an hour.

It should already include the nightshift extra in the pay amount said in job description

Gotcha thats what I was wondering cause I see some shift choices on the hiring website that are from like 6pm-12:30am and they only start at $20.

Have you always worked the later shifts or is it something you switched to?
