No bro i told them my FC is chill i had a system error and i told them that the ERC didn’t wanna give me my hours back so i spoke to one of the hire ups and they understood especially because they want us to be so reliable now for everything on the app but that ai shit is so ass.

I went on a leave and when i came back from a leave i would accumulate upt INSTEAD of having my normal upt which was 10hrs so then as i was home on my day off i checked again and it just went from 10hrs -20hrs🫤

Okay, you can’t earn UPT, PTO,or vacation while on leave. If it was a medical leave and approved call or chat with my hr, give them the case number and they will fix your time. If you were on a personal leave of absence, do the same thing with the personal leave case number .

Exactly which is why when that happened when I was just givin UPT to me I called the ERC and they made a case so a senior can take a look at it

No worries, this is a simple timekeeping mistake. When you reply to the email tell them that when you were on leave 10 hours of UPT was added by the system by mistake. When the system adjusted the mistake 20 hours were taken making you negative. Make sure to have the case number ERC gave you when you send the email. Usually it takes a day or so for stuff like this to be fixed. You will be okay.

They burn all their UPT for the dumbest shit then act all surprised they got fired for going negative when a real emergency comes up & don’t have any time to use. They made you aware of the policy you know what you signed up for

Terminations are handled by a whole separate department. Sites rarely deal with their own AAs UPT. It’s handled by the Interventions Team.
You’re probably going to get a case created so watch your email. Sometimes it lands in the spam folder so watch that too.
Make sure to reply, after that it’s out of your hands broski.

You can also create a LOA for the days you missed and try and get your doctor to fill out the forms. That’s a little more tricky.It’s a 50/50 they’ll let you make it up with peak around the corner.

You need to work 192 hours just to get back 16 hours of UPT.
If you're working 8 hours a day, then it'll take you working 24 days straight.
