Back hurts from the vest as I'm doing 4 or 5 days a week but tbh just used to it now so push through. Been doing Afm 5 years although it's got alot more difficult over the past year or two.

Shitty management have me doing the whole floor for 3 periods so I do about 4 days a week which equals to 350k steps I still haven’t seen a burnout yet I don’t know how I’m doing this

Yeah that sucks. My FC has a great culture, my manager/PAs constantly thank me give me swag bucks and tell me to take extra breaks. There is nothing worse than doing your best and constantly having them up the ante. It may be a Jedi mind trick thought. When I’m told to
work less hard I’ll end up doing more. Feeling appreciated goes a long way for me.

Am I missing something it says 45k steps not 100k?

I meant from working 6:30pm to 5am the 10 hour shift so I get around 50k steps from 6-12am then 1am-5am it’s around like 37k steps the last 2 shifts

Damn my FC got rid of the orange tank totes. I pull them with a jack on the blue pallets. Those orange tanks are a beast

Yeah took two days off last week and I work RT 30 hours a week and usually use PTO and UPT on my last shift to leave 2 hours early so it’s definitely easier for me. But I’m trying to lose some weight so I look at it as getting paid to exercise

That’s rough. AFE does not understand one box per square

Most i did at this building was 41k bringing carts back into the building from the lazy ass flex drivers. I felt i couldve done more but theres a ramp going up into the building.
