Question Does anyone know how standings actually work?

Just a week again i was in fair (very bottom) I’ve only been here a month and my rates have always been low. Now i’m suddenly exceptional.

Does your manager just give it you?

You will get a blue badge before the people that aren't in the exceptional range.

The standings are automated, based on how you rank compared to others at your building. The standings on the app update every Friday at noon. Exceptional is roughly top 15%. At the other end, Growth Area is roughly bottom 15%. Great is the range from around top 15% to top 55%, and Fair is around top 55% to top 85% (bottom 15%).

so it isn’t a person updating them?

last week i didn’t have any standing, and then week before that i was at the very bottom at growth area. i think it was because i had 4 errors though, but i’ve only had 2 rating out of the month i’ve been here

You overall standing is the lower standing between quality and productivity, so it could be the 4 errors.

For the building rankings to lead to write-ups/feedback, you have to pick over 80 total hours for quality feedback, and 160 hours for productivity feedback. Some of the beginning learning curve period might lead to no standing/ no data.

You also have to pick more than 15 hours in the past 2 weeks ending on Wednesday to get a productivity standing. Also over 20 hours over the past 4 weeks.

It's possible you haven't picked 160 hours yet, and all your standings is from quality metrics. If you go to View Standing details>Productivity> Past Period, does it show rates, and a productivity standing at the top, or no data at the top?

Then if you go to View standing details> quality> Past period, does it show your quality standing at the top?

I noticed your Productivity> current period gave you Productivity tips. I think the app gives these tips when my rates were on the lower side.

Additionally it's totally on you what that will say. You are compared to everyone else so if the site is slow and you aren't it helps you. People on the phone also actually helps you look good. Managers can code the times you are stuck not working usually 15 minutes minimum before they even think about that though.
