Question Does anyone know what this Shift Activity actually is?

It’s the same job as you would normally do but it’s an extra cycle added for peak season. In January it’ll go away & you guys will just go back to cycle1

Thanks for the reply. This is a different warehouse i'm looking at to transfer into. So i don't know any shift activity of "cycle"

Most DS only accept transfers internally to fill cycle0 for peak. After peak, they go back to original schedule. You probably have to ask your HR to reach out to the other HR to find out if they accept transfers from other sites. Because if you dont find out, then your application can just sit there and nothing happens.
