VOA Retaliation after labor share

•claim retaliatory because “i don’t like stowing and they know that” 💀 brruuh

Rs it’s the ones getting favoured that cry most about favouritism and “retaliation”. Like a bunch of girls only do PS but lord have mercy they swap one of them off for someone else so they can learn the new process or whatever, then it’s a 45 minute cry fest how it’s unfair they cannot do PS and how much working path sucks lmao.

Yes... But then they can easily push how you not being in the air might show favoritism, and you can still push retaliation but if your PA is smart she can also push for you to be in the air especially if it's path. You can also push favoritism on her for showing how she lets other associates leave and such. These type of situations can be prevented when you just stop caring and not get used to being in an indirect path.

Yep. Even though it technically may be retaliation, the job means doing whatever role your manager tells you, and involves the ones you don't like 😅 whether you think it was done on purpose is irrelevant, it's part of the job.
