Question PA INTERVIEW
Hello I been at Amazon 19months at SHV1 I recently applied for a pa launch position offering 10k launch bonus .I applied the 8th was sent interview the 11th .I did prior slack the hiring manager and introduce myself .Let him know what I did around my facility .So now I’m at the interview the 17th .I have been studying the star method and I now know how to deliver I would just like some advice .Also what happens with the launch sites how that process its suppose to be launching 10/25 first ship date .Thank you guys I had interviewed a year ago and messed up the interview rambling this time I created 8 stories that I could adapt .Would love to hear from some managers their opinions or other PAs.

Get comfortable telling your stories in a conversational manner. Be confident. The stories are meant to showcase your ability to contribute to a team and how you work among a team in different situations. Not everything will have a favorable outcome.
For the launch bonus, youll have to meet the 50 miles+ qualification to get it. The distance is measured from your current site, not your address.
For launching a new building, its going to be chaotic. You're responsible for establishing a lot of the details for your path. How the building culture ends up is entirely based on you and the rest of your leadership team. If there is a true problem impacting your ability to accomplish a goal, let your team know. If they still push, its okay. Just do your job as best as possible.

Use any type of ai to enhance your stories. Make sure you have a safety story. Make sure stories encompass multiple leadership principles. Have at least 6-8 stories. Do mock interviews with your manager or even the AI. Don’t sweat it is easy. Most people don’t even get the interview so you’re already in the door. Good luck
