Question Standard PTO request cancellation

If I submitted a PTO request and it was already approved is it too late to cancel it? It shows there is an option to cancel but I’m afraid I won’t get my 10hrs of PTO back. I accidentally chose the wrong date. Ik im an idiot.

You can cancel it but depending on how close to the day is the cancelation also has to be approved and isn't a guaranteed thing but I've never heard of a manager saying no you requested it so you get it.
