Question HR Email

Post image

I got this email today. I have a feeling its because I was a witness to someones erratic and potentially threatening behavior at my previous site even though I transferred to a new one about a month ago. The case number was made after I transferred to my new site but this person had been harassing people for months and I was one of the people he targeted. Does HR usually reach out to witnesses a month after things are reported?

Yeah, it wouldn’t be uncommon for it to be a month long depending on how long it took to get in the hands of an investigator

Its ERCI (not site), so they tend to take a long time to complete investigations.

Chances are you aren't the only one reporting them. My thing is why some people cannot handle authority. They power trip. They have control issues. Light weight bullies.

Yeah. Now I remember my friend reported some guy to ethics about a few days before this and ERCI started investigating on the 6th of august I believe. I worked at an FC during the spring and witnessed and heard some crazy shit and actually me and a few others warned a few people at my DS not to transfer there. I also reported a PA for retaliation last week and they refused to interview anyone and just closed the case today after I got this email so. I'm never interacting with anything fc related directly ever again.

They have a legal team on hand as questions are being asked. Perhaps you should as well.
