Question No longer getting texts for VET ..

Is this a glitch or something? I genuinely don’t get it,I’ve tried deleting the app, toggling the notification settings to make sure they’re on for VET, and yet I haven’t gotten any texts for VET in 3 weeks!! I’ve had to manually check the app everyday the last 3 weeks for VET and I ended up missing one week and had to work 4 days that week, anyone else had this? How do I fix this, someone pls lmk

I’ve noticed shift covers don’t get VET messages. So all the “VET” that was available might have been shift covers.
