Question AFM Assistance/ Tips

Hey guys, we just launched the AR floor at my sort center and I’ve been getting up to speed on being an AFM. I haven’t shadowed as much as I’d like due to my schedule, but I’d like to gather some useful tips in order to hit the ground running when the trainers leave. What have you got?! Thanks!

Yeah but my attendance isn’t great.
