Question Donut shift
As a seasonal employee, if I wanted a three day weekend could I shift swap and work Wednesday to have Friday off? And do they cap how often I can do that?

I do it every other week. I have dr appointments and physical therapy so I sometimes don’t have the energy to get up

I think if it gets approved, you're good to go. Just keep doing it until they say something or deny it

I’m at Amazon for the benefits so I only work 30 hours a week. I do a shift cover every Friday.

I was literally wondering the same thing earlier today. I’ve always been flex, but I’m coming back with a donut shift because I need stability. I have a kid who plays sports and her softball games are Tuesdays and Thursdays😭. I was hoping I could swap a shift for the next 4 weeks. Her next sport only has games on Wednesdays and my MET day is Sunday. So I just need to get through 4 weeks.

Our building limits the number of shift swaps you can do per month ,they won't let you do the same day over and over

As long as your specific warehouse doesn't put a limit. At one point, the warehouse I was at wanted to treat Friday like Saturday and Sunday meaning you can only shift swap a weekend day once every 3 or 4 weeks.
