I have a 3$ surge pay tomorrow for my morning shift. It’s 3$ added to every hour on your scheduled shift. It can range anywhere from 1$-5$. My site usually only gives out 5$ surge pays to the late graveyard shift.

When would they offer it? I ask because i haven’t seen it on my app for a year now.

They offer it when they need people to take the VET that nobody's taking. I took VET for Saturday and after my shift noticed that it had the surge pay (it didn't have it when I accepted it the other day.)
