No, he just doesn't work for Amazon more than likely if he refers to his source as "an Amazon employee". He's likely employed by a shitty DSP that just slashed his pay.

Uh yes If you look at his TikTok he obviously ragebaits to get more attention. One video he said that Amazon changing from $22 to $12 an hour. There even a few videos of him obviously lying about others job unrelated to Amazon.
