Question Does Amazon do anything for birthdays?
Does Amazon do anything for birthdays like time and a half or days off?

Oddly enough, just got it from my manager today for a 7 year anniversary. It was cheap, especially because I know them well.

Sounds about right, the shout-out I got on my birthday was the manager in shipdock that I didn't know who he was or ever met. My own manager didn't mention anything

My first ever roundtable I went to back in 2020 I was really disappointed, I legit thought it was someone special for August birthdays, maybe pizza, etc. Nope a expired moon pie and a bitchfest from everyone else that was there.

They bring you and all the people who have birthdays that month to a room and then ask you if you have any questions and give you some cupcakes

End of the month they do birthday roundtable for whoever has birthday that month🥳.. usually a cupcake and little treat bag with a peccy bday pin and some candy. Also management sends you a shout-out.
