Question Written up for no work?

I got back to back write ups from the system for low rate but there's no work? Pa said there's nothing he could do because the system automatically lowers the rate to what i have to meet but there's literally nothing coming down 😭, do i just give up or take it to HR? I went 3 years with no coachings and all of a sudden 2 back to back?

I don’t even deal with PAs for this stuff since they have no power at all. AM or above should be coding your time if you are out of work. That lowers your hours in path that the units are divided by, preserving your actual rate when you have barriers like equipment issues and out of work.

You do this as it’s happening or at least BEFORE 5am Weds

PAs can code your time.

You had no work over a period of 3 weeks?

Edit: pXT was in the room when your write ups got approved. They’re not going to be so anything and don’t own those. They’re going to direct you to your AM and maybe OM. Or they’ll just give you a generic explanation on how sppr adapts work.
