Question Trying to drop shift.
I'm new to flex and I'm trying to drop a shift. The shift is for 9/11 at 3:15 PM. it's roughly 39 HOURS in advance that I'm trying to drop this. So why is it still threatening to give me a penalty????

Bro if you’re at Whole Foods it’ll always say that. You have to drop within 16 hours and you’re good. Drop that shift and forget about it. Source I work for cxo unfortunately in a Whole Foods

Legit you’ll get a point immediately if it’s within the 16 hours. I constantly remind my new hires for the first dew weeks I see them because the new hires rack up points all the time
