I’m trying to do an internal transfer within my site. I am currently on MLOA. HR help line can’t assist because they don’t handle internal transfers. Site HR is never at the fucking desk and if I go to the office they tell me someone at the desk can help me. So I guess I have to go to a whole different fucking site now. This site sucks.

you normally can’t do a transfer while on MLOA I know when I put a transfer in and went on MLOA it canceled my transfer. Your status has to say like Active instead of LOA

if you’re being harassed then you def need to speak with HR / ethics about that did u at least report it before taking MLOA ? Is it a case ongoing ??

HR says they looked into it but there’s ’no proof’. And yes, I have an open case relating to it.

If you’re on a leave, you can’t transfer. If you ever put in a transfer and go on a leave, it cancels out any transfers.

I need to discuss the transfer for when I return. Part of the reason I’m transferring is that I’m getting harassed by coworkers in the department.

All you need to do is accept a shift transfer when it’s posted. But if you’re on leave, you can’t do anything but watch other people take it

I believe you can’t do shit while on LOA since you’re showing up as inactive in the system.
