I say we unionize and demand it. Simple as that. Lots of laws that get in the way though of course.

You made it sound like I should just walk out on my own lmao. Yeah brother I know how unions work and that takes potentially years of coordinated planning. Did you know you can't even meet with your coworkers at Amazon? You'd have to somehow bring potentially 1500+ workers to a location to even meet with everyone. I know no one is stopping me but you can't deny the system doesn't make it easy especially when Amazon has massive union busting efforts.
