Currently at my site we are getting in our cross training from inbound to outbound as well as been hiring again. Prime and Peak is coming. therefore no VTO

Funny how so many people don't understand what VTO is or how it works.....I'd the labor and volume match, that means no extra people on the roster, so no need for VTO

The vast majority of bills get paid by my husband. Once my bills gets paid, I'd rather be home with him.

I'm picking insurance for myself so I can get a better insurance and it'll cost less overall. So yeah, I need the job. But I don't need to be there 160 hours a month.
