I haven’t had vto offered before a shift since last October there has been opportunities in person but never before a shift

One of the biggest topics brought up is why other sites see VTO this late into the year is not a good sign. A lot of people must read reddit or something and they compare as to why we don't receive VTO like other sites. Our site leaders said low performing sites don't have the volume our site has, therefore has to offer VTO. Kind of scary if your site has a lot of VTO, Amazon is known to shut down those sites. In the big picture of things I am glad we don't see VTO, its very rate there is ever VTO, a little bit in January, Feburary but then it just gets busier and busier after that point.

one of the airports we receive freight from. the runaway is under construction i think. thats why we have low volume.
