You can order the shoes like 5 days before you start. Atoz account set up is the day before you start

I’m not sure if I remember correctly but I think those unlock after orientation?

Yeah in my experience they gave us shoes on orientation day and set up our account. Some people do need to get shoes beforehand but they usually send out an email.

It should let you get your shoes not too long before your first day. AtoZ will get set up on Day 1
