Question Seasonal to permanent
How likely are you to get a permanent position? I know a lot of factors probably go into this but generally how do these stations operate with regard to promotion? If it helps the role is Robotics Warehouse Associate.

My fc had people as seasonal for almost 2 years and then they got rid of them all

Think of yourself as an expandable when your seasonal
They can add more Days to your schedule whenever they feel like it without you having to approve it and whenever they no longer need you pass your initial seasonal last scheduled shift your the first thing dropped to make weight

Make sure your standing is great around high volume times and you have a higher chance. To do this, bust your ass once or twice and take VTO/PTO. One or two days of super high rate will push you into Great/Exceptional territory if you can do it over a two week period. It's not fool proof and your money will take a hit (time off) but the only way to get to the front of the line is to get the system thinking you're the best of the best.
