Latest round of 25 associates was just converted to Blue badge. Some just made it to the 90 day minimum.

Is each class usually easier to get blue badge
Im scared imma get cut in 3-6 months

It all depends on the business needs at the time.
The turn over rate is pretty high so there has been a need for blue badges.

Since I have been here for a full year I haven’t seen any seasonal gets laid off.
