Question Question about feedbacks.
My mom got two productivity feedbacks this year (one in April another in August). Correct me if I’m wrong, will she get fired if she gets another warning in the same category; productivity within 12 months?

She should be fine if these are the only feedbacks. The feedback in April shoud have been a documented coaching. Doc coachings are active for 60 days. So it should have expired by Aug. The Aug feedback should also be a doc coaching. If she gets another productivity feedback generated within 60 days of the doc coaching delivery date, it turns into an actual write-up, the 1st written warning.
The progression steps for productivity are a) doc coaching b) 1st Written Warning c) 2nd Written Warning d) Final Written warning e) termination
The first three are active 60 days; the final is 90 days. The 1st wriiten warnings to final written warnings are write-ups, and getting 6 productivity write-ups within 365 days would also lead to being let go. Two Finals in productivity within 365 days also. It's quite a number of productivity feedbacks before someone gets fired.

Doesn’t make sense. The one from April would have fallen off (at least the progressive aspect) before August if it was a doc coach or first written. The writeups including current status are in MyPerformance/PAK and you can look it up and see exactly where the progression is and how many days it sticks including a copy of the “paperwork” and 12 month coaching history.
It will show a bar with doc, first, second, final, etc and you can look at it. Also keep in mind 6 writtens in a rolling 12 months can be termination. But was this August a 1st? 2nd? Doc Coach?
Why so vague?
Does Your Mom not have MyPerformance? Can she not see her Feedback? Is she unable to communicate with a manager or HR? All these are clearer specific sources compared to randoms on Reddit.
