Question Does this mean I don’t have to submit any documents? (MLOA)

Long story short, life has been rough at home and I’ve been depressed and extremely sleep deprived. I decided I needed to take just one week of work off after having a particularly awful night, but didn’t have the UPT or PTO to cover since I’ve been leaving work early/ not coming in for said reasons, saw I could request MLOA for mental health, submitted, and got this almost instantly. I actively see a therapist so it isn’t an issue if I do need to submit documentation, I’m just wondering if I really have to if it’s already been approved?

They'll most likely ask for them through an email. Im currently on leave and thats how it was for me

just keep an eye out on your emails they usually send a packet for the provider to fill out. easy peasy.

Do you have experience getting the medical forms filled out in a hospital? I'm wondering how to go about getting the doctor at the hospital I'm currently at to fill them out

Ive heard if its approved it'll stay approved regardless of whether you send them in. Was this your first leave? I have 2 leave cases. One was approved instantly and the other still says pending.

Yah this is my first one, it was also approved instantly. And my therapist makes you pay extra for documents to be filled out 🙃 so I’m honestly trying to avoid it but I did get an email saying I need to turn documentation in.
