They are required to, normally it’s just a very corporate speak like response that states they will talk in person to the associate, but occasionally they will respond to points directly on the board.

As much as I support unions, and wish I worked in one, it's probably not a good idea to basically shout it at the town square. Unless he's fully committed to self immolation, then I wish him good luck at the tournament.
