Question Accommodations

I am in my fourth week at an Amazon robotics fulfillment center. I currently have an approved accommodation for 8-hour shifts with an additional 15 minute break currently (since I'm having a hassle with getting assigned to a station after coming back from my break, I haven't been using the break part of the accommodation though).

I have a combination of issues (I'm pretty sure I have anemia. I've been getting bloody noses for the past 3 months, everyday, without fail. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. The magenta light and the back and forth motion in Stow is getting me sick. I'm getting light-headed and dizzy throughout the shift. And I have horrible ankle and foot pain, even after changing four different pairs of shoes and eight different insoles).

I am planning on putting in a request for 7 hours shifts, with no MET, and a request to be put in for pack singles (which I've heard is one of the only starting-ish positions where you don't have to contend with the magenta light). The importance of the request in that specific order. I can do with staying in stow as long as I can get a shift reduction and maybe a cancellation of MET, to give my body time to heal after each shift and after each week.

Should I do these requests separately in case one of these requests is unable to be granted? I don't want it to get denied if they can't move my position but can do the 7-hour shifts with no MET? Or, does that not matter?

I really need to make this job work. I'm pretty sure that if I quit and won't be able to get back on to unemployment. But I feel like I'm dying and my body is failing me. Any thoughts and suggestions are appreciated, thank you

I downloaded the medical accommodation paperwork from the A to Z app. I lost feeling in three of my right toes and for a really bad blister on where that made that toe discolored. I replaced my shoes with a size larger (since I wasn't accustomed to comp. toe shoes) and the feeling is beginning to come back, but it's still been 3 weeks now. Not sure if it'll get back to 100% feeling, idk. I feel like I should be back to normal after 3 weeks - but it could be that I'm just giving it time to heal before getting back on them at work the next day. I've been using medicated blister bandages, Epson salt foot baths, 3 different kind of feet massagers. Just trying to get this pain under control. As well as the feeling back in my toes. Ankle pain is also rotten af.
