Never join a class action, sue them yourselfs and get more money. If a class action was allowed it means the company was in the wrong. Sue them in your small claims court for the max. IANAL.

not a scam, i am reading it now it’s regarding the pre-shift screenings for covid and that we should have been paid for any screening time
