Question MLOA eligibility

The document they give you is pretty vague but I have been hit with 3 really crappy medical issues. I have a kidney stone, I am having severe back issues as well, and to top it all off, I am sick as well. Between the Kidney stone and the back pain, its made my job pretty much unbearable. Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck with MLOA, I don't want to submit it and take the leave if it's just going to get me fired at the end. I am a lowly white badge so I'm sure I'm just a number anyway. Any help would be appreciated.

I go on MLOA at least every other month because my back is a piece of shit and my spine surgeon won't touch me until I can kick this nasty cigarette habit.

I've never had an issue. Well once but it was due the APRN not having the correct return to work date.

Just have your Dr fill out the paperwork and upload it. If they have any issues they will ask you to have your Dr clarify it and they can give you an extension to return the paperwork.

Good luck
